Follow these steps to recover your password:
- Open the NEXT app
- On the login page click "Forgot your password?"
- Enter your email address in lowercase and click "Reset my password"
- Check your email inbox for an email with an access code
- Enter the access code ("101115" in the example above) into the password reset screen and reset your password
- Now, log in with your new password
Issue: "Could not reset password for the account, please contact support or try again"
This error message indicates that the email address is unknown in the system or that the account was disabled by your administrator.
Please follow these steps:
- Double check that your email address is lowercased, e.g. "email@example.com" instead of "Joe@Example.com"
- Check the email address used in the last NEXT email that you received (again, please lowercase this email address)
- Contact your Administrator or NEXT support to validate your email address on record (maybe somebody changed it since you received the last email from NEXT) and if you account wasn't disabled
