The Creation Flow is the innovation process. It’s rooted in the methodology of design thinking, and takes you and your team from an initial insight to a complete Venture Canvas. The process is split into four phases: Sensing, Visioning, Prototyping, and Scaling. We further split these phases into tasks, which are supported by missions that are completed by your project’s team.
The Creation Flow’s phases should be executed in order, but the nature of design thinking has you constantly looking back to your work in previous phases, and maybe even making small changes. All this makes sure that your Target User will want the solution you come up with.
Your head might be spinning right now. But trust us — the innovation process sounds much, much more complex than it is. In fact, it’s diabolically simple. So sit back, relax, take a drink (of water — my God, you’re at work!), let us explain the Creation Flow and enjoy the ride!
